With a strong academic background and in depth understanding of legal institutions and mechanisms, due to many years of analytical law research and to studies she documented and wrote, Ioana Romana Laurențiu understands the law and its mechanisms like few do, which allows her to work with legal provisions, combining them, shaping them to her will, in order to innovate, build out of the box complex legal reasonings, with compelling arguments, always drawing you in her path.
